- Quotes are free and fixed once given. The price we quote is the price you pay for the scope we walked through together.
- Deposits lock your service date and go toward the final balance. The balance is due on completion, after the walk-through.
- Weather: some work (polymeric sanding, snow timing) depends on conditions. If we reschedule, you pick the next date.
- Guarantee: we walk every job with you before we leave. If something's not right, we fix it then.
- Insurance: Mr. Get It Done is a registered and insured business.
