Polymeric Sanding

Polymeric sand is what holds your interlocking pavers together. It fills the joints, hardens with water, and stops everything that wants to ruin your hardscape, weeds, ants, water erosion, shifting stones.

Over time, regular sand washes out. The joints turn into weed gardens. Ants colonize the gaps. Pavers start to wobble. By the time you notice, half the joints are empty. We take it back to day one, strip the old sand out, lay new polymeric sand in, activate it, and lock the surface in place for years.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size and details of the job. We provide fast, free estimates - either in person or through photos you send us. Once we give you a price, it's completely fixed, so you'll never have to worry about hidden fees or surprises.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, absolutely. Mr. Get It Done is fully licensed, registered, and insured for your complete peace of mind. What started as a local neighborhood service has grown into a trusted, professional operation backed by years of hands-on experience.

How fast will I get my quote?

You'll receive your quote same-day or within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the service, quotes are completed in person or over the phone - you can also send us clear photos of your driveway or patio and we can often evaluate and quote the job directly from the pictures!

Will pressure washing damage my pavers, siding, or deck?

No. We match pressure and technique to the surface - soft-wash for siding and wood, higher pressure for concrete and stone. Nothing gets cleaned at a pressure it can't take.

How long does polymeric sanding last?

Properly installed polymeric sand lasts 5-10 years depending on traffic, weather, and how the surface is maintained. Pressure-washing the surface once a year keeps the joints clean and extends their life.

How does payment work?

A small deposit locks your service date, and the balance is due on completion - after we've walked the finished job with you. We accept cash, e-transfer or cheque.

Can you work in the rain?

Pressure washing is fine in light rain. Polymeric sanding needs a dry surface and a dry window to cure, so we reschedule those to the next clear day and confirm with you.
